That this application is being filed for issuance of appropriate writ, order/orders, direction quashing the order dated 21.12.2023 passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Magadh Division, Gaya in Aanganbari Revision Appeal No. 138/2023, whereby the said Revision appeal no. 138/2023 filed by the petitioner has been rejected, which was filed against the order dated 12.06.2023 passed by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3238 of 2024(2) dt.14-03-2024 2/3 District Magistrate, Aurangabad in Aanganbari Sevika Chayan Appeal Case No. 12/2023 whereby the said appeal filed by the petitioner has been rejected. The said Appeal No.

12/2023 was filed by the petitioner against the order dated 30.12.2022 passed by District Programee Officer, Aurangabad whereby the petitioner has been dismissed from the post of Aanganbari Sevika.

Hence, the said order dated 12.06.2023 passed by the District Magistrate, Aurangabad in Appeal No. 12/2023 and order dated 30.12.2022 passed by the District Programme officer may also be quashed directing the respondents to re-instate the service of petitioner on the post of Anganbari Sevika."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the Ld. Civil Court having

Patna High Court CWJC No.3238 of 2024(2) dt.14-03-2024 3/3 competent jurisdiction, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
