2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for issuance of a direction/directions or order/orders or writ/writs in the nature of

Patna High Court CWJC No.14997 of 2017(2) dt.29-04-2025 2/3 mandamus directing the respondents to revise the compensation amount vis-a-vis the compensation paid for the lands of Mauza More, District, Patna towards the lands acquired by the State Government for the purpose of construction of four lane Road of N.H. 31 from Bakhtiyarpur to Barh under Gazette Notification dated 19.12.2012.

3. The counter affidavit of respondent nos. 4 and 5 duly signed by the Additional District Land Acquisition Officer, Patna shows that the rate of average sale-deed of last preceding three years of the petitioner which were found to be less whereas the MVR of other was found to be higher.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it will suffice that if they are allowed individually to approach the Arbitrator cum Commissioner, Patna Division, Patna for the redressal of the grievances.

5. The State has no objection.

6. Let the petitioners individually appear before the concerned authority/the Divisional Commissioner, Patna Division, Patna in next four weeks who shall look into the

Patna High Court CWJC No.14997 of 2017(2) dt.29-04-2025 3/3 matter and take appropriate decision/communicate them accordingly.

7. The writ petition is disposed of.
