JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-04-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Jokihat (Mahalgaon) P.S. Case No. 324 of 2017, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 448, 323, 324, 307, 354B, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of assault by farsa on the head of the informant and also tearing clothes of the sister of the informant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is case and counter case between the parties and injury is simple in nature and so far allegation of tearing clothes is concerned, that is ornamental in nature.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above, this application is
