Case No. 231 of 2019 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Section(s) 302/34 of the India Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be the wife of the deceased and as per the F.I.R., the allegation is that the accused persons have killed the deceased.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that only on suspicion, she has been made accused in this case. She is a lady and ready to abide any condition imposed on her. Furthermore, she is in custody for almost 6 months. Chargesheet has been submitted, as such, there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.
