The petitioner, who is husband of the informant and is in custody since 05.08.2014 in connection with Runni Saidpur P.S. Case No.151 of 2014 registered for the offence under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, has prayed for grant of bail. In view of facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, Alok Kumar be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Addl. Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi in connection with Runni Saidpur P.S. Case No.151 of 2014.
