Patna High Court CWJC No.3577 of 2020 dt.12-01-2024 2/2 petitioners submits that the claim of the petitioners has been accepted by the State and in this regard a statement has been made in paragraph 9 of the counter affidavit, filed on behalf of respondent Nos. 4 and 5, which is extracted as under :- "9. That case of the petitioners may be considered and their pay scale decided in accordance with guidelines issued by the General Administration Department when such vacancies are available in the Collectorate, Vaishali."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that the petitioners are satisfied with the aforesaid statement.

4. As such, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent that as and when the occasion arises according to the undertaking in paragraph 9 of the counter affidavit, the petitioners will be granted the said benefit.
