JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-05-2017 In the present writ application, the petitioner seeks a direction to be issued to the respondents for compliance of the order dated 11.03.2015 passed by the Deputy Labour Commissioner-cum-Commissioner Workmen's Compensation, Magadh Division in C.W.C No. 30 of 2006.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present application in order to seek statutory remedy under Section 31 of the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1923.

Leave is granted.

The application is disposed of.
