The petitioners are in custody in connection with Suryagarha P.S. Case No. 167 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Allegation against the petitioners in the instant case is that one country made pistol with live cartridge was recovered from their possession. The petitioners are in custody since 11.06.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioners have no

Let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai, in connection with Suryagarha P.S. Case No. 167 of 2019.
