====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 31-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

The following relief has been sought for by the petitioner in the present writ application.

"1(i) For a direction to the respondents authorities more particularly to Respondent No. 5 the District Magistrate, Begusarai, to consider the applications of the petitioner regarding issuance of Arms License in light of the recommendation made by the other official authorities."

Patna High Court CWJC No.14511 of 2017(2) dt.31-01-2019 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had made two applications dated 06.11.2005 and 06.11.2007 in prescribed Format for grant of Arms License vide Annexure-1 series to the present writ application. The said applications of the petitioner are pending till date. Considering the same, the respondent no. 5 i.e., The District Magistrate, Begusarai, is directed to consider the applications of the petitioner dated 06.11.2005 and 06.11.2007 taking into account the recommendation made by the respondent no. 7 i.e., The Superintendent of Police, Begusarai, and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
