Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within four weeks after complete start of the physical Court. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Three unknown persons came on a motorcycle and fired causing injury to the nephew of the informant as well as to Anil Kumar Yadav, the husband of the informant. Anil Kumar Yadav died during course of treatment. The injured Jeevan Kumar did not claim to have identified the assailants. Petitioner is in custody since 08.02.2020. Co-accused Mahesh Kumar @ Munna @ Munna Mehta and Pinku Mehta have already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 18.12.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18518 of 2021(4) dt.28-10-2021 2/2 55118 of 2019 and in Cr. Misc. No. 62911 of 2019 (Annexure2). Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Puraini Police Station Case No. 116 of 2019, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (b) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the learned trial court.
