2. The petitioner is in custody since 19.11.2014 in connection with Sessions Trial No. 100 of 2015, arising out of Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 139 of 2014, for the alleged offences under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 IPC.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated.

4. Learned APP has been heard who opposes the bail petition on the basis of case diary.

5. Having regard to the specific accusation against the petitioner, who is the husband of the deceased as well as gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) Chandran U
