Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the statement of the victim-girl under Section 164 Cr.P.C. wherein, though she has alleged that she was forcefully kidnapped by the petitioner. However, the perusal of the entire statement reveals that she was a consenting party as she never protested to anyone while going to Punjab along with the petitioner and staying thereat with the petitioner. She has alleged nothing more against the petitioner.

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty
