2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"(i) To issue Writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the letter bearing its No. 488 dated 30/6/2016 (Annexure 4 and 4/1) issued under the signature of Respondent No.3 the District Fisheries Officer cum Chief Executive Officer, Katihar by which 25 Jalkars were settled in favour of Respondent No.4 Secretary, Amdabad Fisheries Co-operative Societies Ltd. for the period 2016-17 on the ground that the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class Katihar has already taken Cognizance for the offence under Section 420 of I.P.C against

(ii) To issue writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to settle the 25 Jalkars in favour of newly elected Secretary namely Kashi Singh elected by the Managing Committee of the Society.

(iii) To grant another relief/reliefs to the petitioner for which she is entitled under the law according to facts and circumstances of the Case."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that matter relates to settlement of the Jalkar which with the passage of time has become infructuous.

4. As such, he may be permitted to withdraw the petition.

5. Accordingly, the writ petitions stands dismissed as withdrawn.
