ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 11-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioners apprehending their arrest in connection with Katihar (M) P.S. Case No. 136 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the petitioners are named in the First Information Report but there is no allegation as against them. It is further submitted that the other two accused persons have already been extended privilege of anticipatory bail by the Court below vide order dated 18.04.2016 passed in A.B.P. No. 392 of 2016.

Considering the nature of allegation made and the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23996 of 2016 (3) dt.11-08-2016 2/2 named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Katihar, in connection with Katihar (M) P.S.
