This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Siwan (M) (Mahadeva O.P.) P.S. Case No. 653 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act, 2016.
Considering the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they have not been arrested on the spot, inasmuch as, the bamboo clump from where the liquor has been recovered also does not belong to the petitioners, this bail application is allowed.
