2. Second supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the University giving details of the payment made which comes to almost Rs. 35 lakhs.
3. In view of the aforesaid, substantial payments having been made, the writ petition stands disposed off.
4. However, if it transpires that any amount has remained unpaid, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file a representation before the Registrar of the University. If such a representation is filed within four weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed off
