Petitioner is in jail custody since 7.6.2014 in a case registered under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B/34 of the IPC. Perusal of the first information report reveals that entire allegation centers around against co-accused Md. Faizul Rahman and no specific overt-act has been attributed against the petitioner. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran in Palanwa P.S. Case no. 44/2014.
