Petitioner is named in the first information report and he along with one co-accused was caught on the spot. Although it is stated that the petitioner and his associate gave dagger blow to the informant but no dagger was either seized from possession of the petitioner or from possession of co-accused. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in Supaul P.S. Case no. 332/2015.
