JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. There is case and counter case between the parties and it appears that persons from both sides sustained injury. No doubt, informant of the present case sustained injury on his head said to be caused by the petitioner but opinion regarding the nature of aforesaid injury was not produced before the investigating officer even near about passing of four months from the date of alleged occurrence.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46441 of 2015 (2) dt.01-10-2015 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur in connection with Phulpras P.S.Case No. 120 of 2015.
