The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 363, 366-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the daughter of the informant with the help of Rinku Devi. The girl is still traceless.

Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner I am not inclined grant bail to the petitioner in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 405 of 2014 pending in the court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur. This application for bail is accordingly rejected.
