Petitioner is named in the first information report along with some persons with omnibus allegation of assault. The post mortem report of the deceased reveals that deceased sustained only two injuries and annexure 3 to this petition reveals that having more or less similar allegation some co-accused persons have already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in K. Nagar P.S. Case no. 555/2014.
