JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD) 03-07-2019 Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State, we are not inclined to interfere with the conditions imposing the furnishing of bank guarantee to the satisfaction of the District Magistrate, Purnea for the purpose of provisional release of the vehicle in question.

We are, however, persuaded to modify our order dated 17.05.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. NO. 9886 of 2018 to the extent that on the petitioner furnishing the bank guarantee to the extent of the value of the vehicle as indicated in the insurance

Patna High Court MJC No.358 of 2019(2) dt.03-07-2019 2/2 document and satisfying other conditions mentioned in our order the District Magistrate, Purnea shall direct provisional release of the vehicle accordingly.

This application stands disposed of.
