JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-05-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). Issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus for directing the respondents to vacate the premises of the petitioner situated at Guraru in which the telephone exchange of BSNL is running on rent since 30.05.2005 as per the agreement between the parties for five years. (ii). For directing the respondents to act as per the clause of the agreement dated 30.5.2005, which was for five years but after the expiry of the same that agreement has not been renewed by the parties."
