The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. I. To command and direct the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2020 of 2023(2) dt.22-08-2023 2/3 respondents to protect the life and company namely M/s Satyender Bricks of Petitioner being owner of the same who has earlier dispossession from the site situated of Brick Bhatta at Pakartar Dhanarua, District-Patna by the Private Respondents with the help of local Administration.

II. To further direct and command the respondents that after protection of life and property in the area of Satyendra Bricks order may be passed to handover the same with all the articles of about Rs 2 Crores & 27 Lakhs like 5 tractor one JCB machine, two soil mixing machine, ten lakh ready bricks, owner book of Vehicles, Documents of Bhatta and other articles related to Brick Bhatta as well as important documents are in the drawer/selves/ Almirah situated in the same premises.

III. To lodge the FIR against the culprit including the private respondents and authorities of local

Patna High Court CWJC No.2020 of 2023(2) dt.22-08-2023 3/3 administration including the police specially one of the respondent namely Dinanath Singh then office incharge of Dhanarua Police Station and punished after proper enquiry in accordance with law."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
