The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the F.I.R., this petitioner caught hold of the informant and co-accused Ajay Thakur alongwith Sanjay Thakur are alleged to have assaulted with Farsa on the head of the informant.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that as per F.I.R. itself, petitioner is only alleged to have caught hold of the informant and specific allegation of assault is against other coaccused persons, who have already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court, vide Annexure 3 series. There is case and counter case. It is further submitted that after investigation, police submitted final form against this petitioner. Petitioner

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - V, Madhubani / incharge Successor Court in connection with Basopatti P.S. Case No. 156 of 2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
