Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 120B, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Three persons allegedly caused firearm injury to Manoj Prasad. Petitioner had caused injury near the pineal. The Doctor has found one of the injuries at right side of cheek caused by the gun shot. Petitioner is in custody since 02.11.2020. Petitioner has got a criminal antecedent. Considering the nature of allegation and completion of investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be released, after framing of the charges so that the trial may not hamper, on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to

(b) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the learned trial court.
