The petitioner is in custody in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 281 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 368, 369, 120(B) and 370 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The allegation against the petitioner in the instant case is that she was involved in theft of new born baby from hospital. The petitioner is in custody since 01.07.2019. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and she has remained in custody for more than seven months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let
