The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409 and 420/34 of the IPC.

It is a case of defalcation of about Rs.1,74,000/- by the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

From perusal of para-29 of the case diary, it appears that the main allegation of embezzlement of the amount is
