ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody since 9.4.2014 in Thawe P.S. Case No.28 of 2014 for the offence under Sections 364/34, 302 and 201 of the I.P.C.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that a concocted story has been propounded by the informant that the daughter of this petitioner had spoken on her mobile to the victim Vikash Kumar prior to his disappearance. It is further submitted that as per the F.I.R. it appears that only there is suspicion that because Priyanka Kumari, daughter of this petitioner had spoken to the victim Vikash Kumar , it is quite possible that they might have kidnapped his son for his murder.

No.42257 of 2014 (4) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 Considering the remoteness of the allegation and also the fact that the petitioner is a man of 65 years old, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Gopalganj, in Thawe P.S. Case No.28/14.
