Taking into consideration that seized cartridges and other articles were produced by the informant himself and having similar allegation co-accused Laloo Mian and Sadam Hussain have already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah Town P.S.Case No. 28 of 2014.
