Mr. Pawan Kumar Chaurasia, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 25-08-2021 Heard the parties in virtual Court proceeding. The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the I.P.C. Petitioner has been implicated in this case on disclosure of identity of the petitioner and others by some unknown persons. Petitioner has got criminal antecedent. However, submission is that the looted motorcycle was not recovered from possession of the petitioner nor the petitioner was put on test identification parade during investigation of the case. Petitioner is in custody since 22.09.2020. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12628 of 2021(3) dt.25-08-2021 2/2 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No. 213 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. No. 1438 of 2020, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
