2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 406/420 of the Indian Penal Code .
3 . As per the prosecution case, the informant namely ,
2/4 Pravin Kumar alleged that the accused persons including this petitioner lured this informant to invest Rs.7.5 lacs in their Company, namely, Financial Services Pvt. Limited with false promise of getting lucrative interest. It is alleged that only Rs. 1 lac was returned to the informant and accused persons refused to pay the rest amount.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case because she happens to be wife of coaccused Narayan Prasad. As a matter of fact, petitioner has got no concern with co-accused Narayan Prasad and no money has been given or transferred in account of this petitioner. Petitioner is lady claims clean antecedent.
5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case , clean antecedent of this petitioner and other circumstances of the case , prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,
3/4 Lakhisarai or successor court in Lakhisarai Police Station Case No. 127 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure . Re:- Cr. Misc. No. 14519 of 2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the State .

As per the prosecution case, the informant namely , Pravin Kumar alleged that the accused persons including this petitioner lured this informant to invest Rs.7.5 lacs in their Company, namely, Financial Services Pvt. Limited with false promise of getting lucrative interest. It is alleged that only Rs. 1 lac was returned to the informant and accused persons refused to pay the rest amount.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner contended that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. However, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that, without admitting his guilt and without prejudice to his right and contention, petitioner is ready to deposit Rs. 3 lacs in the Nazarat of the concerned Civil Court.

Considering the aforesaid facts of the case , prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. petitioner, mentioned above, is directed to be enlarged on provisional bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai or successor court in Lakhisarai Police Station Case No. 127 of 2024 , on following conditions:- (i) At the time of furnishing bail bond, Rs. 3 lacs shall be deposited by the petitioner in the Nazarat of the concerned Court below and its receipt shall be submitted at the time of filing bail bonds.
(ii) If the petitioner complies with these conditions, his provisional bail shall be confirmed, and if he fails to comply with the conditions, court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
