One country made loaded katta along with 6 cartridges are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 30.7.2015 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri D. Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, East Champaran at Motihari/ concerned court in Kalyanpur P.S. Case no. 213/2015.
