JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 14-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence punishable under Sections 302, 498A, 494/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is general and omnibus allegation against the accused persons including the petitioner and the husband of the deceased, namely, Santosh Prasad who is also one of the accused has already been acquitted of the charges vide judgment dated 22.05.2015 passed in Sessions Trial No.577/13 by the Additional Sessions Judge, VIII, Sasaram. Having regard to the aforementioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Mantosh Prasad is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52418 of 2015 (2) dt.14-12-2015 2/2 (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Karakat P.S. Case No.179 of 2012, with a further condition that one of the bailors must be a close relative or family member of the petitioner who shall file affidavit before the concerned court giving complete genealogy to show his/her relationship with him.
