The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 363, 366(A), 376, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 3, 4, 6 of POCSO Act.

Allegation is that the accused had taken away the victim on pretext of marriage.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 25.08.2018 and has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The main allegation is against co-accused Suresh Uraon. No allegation of physical or sexual abuse is alleged against the

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (POCSO Act), Purnea in connection with Sadar (Muffasil) P.S. case No.152 of 2016.
