The petitioner filed this writ petition for a direction to the Circle Officer to demarcate the land of petitioner of Khata No. 89, plot No. 1277, 1278 and 1279, area 52.44 acre, which was allotted to the grand father of the petitioner in a ceiling case.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after the order passed in ceiling case 52.44 acre of land was allotted to the grand father of the petitioner and pillar was fixed but now many other persons are disputing the claim thereafter the petitioner filed petition before the Circle Officer.

Patna High Court CWJC No.3461 of 2020(2) dt.17-02-2020 2/2 Having considered the facts, I direct the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the Circle Officer, after depositing the requisite fee for demarcation of his land of Khata No. 89, plot No. 1277, 1278 and 1279, area 52.44 acre in the village Rampur Vaina, Mauza Parshurampur, P.S. Parasi in the district of Arwal, and the Circle Officer shall dispose of the petition of the petitioner within three months from the date of filing of such representation and pass order in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
