It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that in first paragraph as well as prayer portion of the petition of Cr. Misc. no. 35961/2015, in place of Darbhanga Sadar P.S. Case no. 132/2014 pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, it has advertently been typed as Sessions Trial no. 333/2014 arising out of Darbhanga Sadar P.S. Case no. 132/2014 pending in the court of 2nd Addl. Sessions Judge, Darbhanga and the same defect has occurred in the order dated 27.8.2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in first paragraph as well as prayer portion of the petition of Cr. Misc. no. 35961/2015 within course of the day and similarly, in the order dated 27.8.2015, in place of Sessions Trial no. 333/2014 arising out of Darbhanga Sadar P.S. Case no. 132/2014, it be read as Darbhanga Sadar P.S. Case no. 132/2014 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45764 of 2015 (2) dt.01-10-2015 Accordingly, the above stated order dated 27.8.2015 stands modified to the above stated extent.
