Petitioner has filed the present writ application for a direction to the respondents to consider his case for compassionate appointment. The father of the petitioner died in harness on 19.05.2013 while he was working as Panchayat Teacher in Medhwari, Block Jainagar, District-Madhubani Thereafter, the petitioner submitted application for compassionate appointment on 20.06.2013 and the application for grant of compassionate appointment is pending at the level of the respondents.

Patna High Court CWJC No.7694 of 2018(2) dt.04-07-2019 2/2 Considering the object behind compassionate appointment, the Court directs the respondents to take appropriate decision with regard to the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the present writ application stands disposed of.
