JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 470 gram Ganja kept in separate Purias was found in the Gumti of the petitioner who does not have any criminal antecedent. Moreover, having more or less similar allegations, some of the co-accused have been granted regular bail, whereas the petitioner is in jail since 7.2.2015.

Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Khagaria P.S.
