The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.t.No.190 of 2019/02 of 2020 arising out of Basnahi P.S.Case no.79 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 302 and 385 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is named in the FIR, whoever, it appears that allegation of firing is against the other accused persons. It further appears that the final form has been submitted not finding the case true against the petitioner but the cognizance has been taken.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody since 25.11.2019 and ready to co-operate

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ADJ -V,Saharsa in connection with S.T.No.190 of 2019/02 of 2020 arising out of Basnahi P.S.case No.79 of 2018.

With the above direction, this application is allowed.
