The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No.300 of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act and subsequently, Sections 302, 212, 115 and 120(B) of the IPC were added.

The petitioners are having criminal antecedents and it is the petitioners who have exhorted the accused persons to kill the deceased.

In the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. This application is dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) BT/- U T
