JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 70 litres country-made liquor and 130 kg. Java Mahua are said to have been recovered from house of the petitioner but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the alleged recovery has been made from a joint house and moreover, the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 07-08-2015.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with G.O. Case No. 80 of 2012 corresponding to Trial No. 3518 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Sri Amit Kumar Pandey, Judicial
