2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief/s:- "(i) For a direction to the Respondent Authorities to pay compensation to the petitioner with commercial rate with interest for the land which was acquired by the respondent for construction of the road.

(ii) For a direction to the respondent authorities to either pay the compensation to the petitioner or remove the construction of road from the land belonging to the petitioner.

(iii) For any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. The Collector has passed an order on 06.11.2023 rejecting the claim of the petitioner in Misc. Case No. 27 of 2022.
