Case No. 435 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384, 386 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. There is allegation of demanding extortion from the informant, who is a Project Manager working in the Company of Kamal Enterprises Pvt. Ltd.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is a worker in the project and due to dispute with respect to wages he has been made accused in this case and he is in custody since 5.12.2019 and he is ready to co-operate in the investigation.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6777 of 2020(2) dt.05-02-2020 2/2 petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Pupuri, Sitamarhi, in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No. 435 of 2019, subject to the condition that he has to appear before I.O. of the case after his release and co-operate in the investigation, otherwise his bail bonds shall be cancelled.
