2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 06 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner has misused the privilege of bail granted by the Court below. He is in custody since 20.10.2024.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

5. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, after framing of charge if charge has not already been framed, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10052 of 2025(2) dt.06-03-2025 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge- Xth Gaya/concerned Court in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 06 of 2022, subject to the condition that he will co-operate in the trial and will appear personally or through his lawyer on the date fixed in the trial.
