The present contempt application has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 09.11.2016 in CWJC No. 13407 of 2013.

The learned counsel for the State at the outset submits that the present contempt application is not maintainable as no positive order was passed rather the

At this stage the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the contempt application with liberty to avail his remedies available in law. Permission is accorded.
