The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Semra (Chiutaha) P.S. Case No. 108 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 447, 448, 379, 354, 354(A), 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation of outraging modesty of the informant, Nikki Khatoon is against co-accused, Bahar Khan and not against the petitioner. He further submits that the allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus in nature and the injury sustained by the informant is simple in nature caused by hard

Considering the above mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Semra (Chiutaha) P.S.
