Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 307, 506 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substance Act.

Petitioners are alleged to have exploded bomb causing injury to the informant and others.

It is submitted that there is bona fide land dispute between the parties. Injuries are stated to be simple in nature. Petitioners are in jail since 15.07.2015 i.e. for about two and a half months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioners above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45070 of 2015 (2) dt.29-09-2015 named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Banka (Barahat) P.S.
