Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to file appropriate representation, before the Circle Officer, Ghanshyampur, and in case such a representation is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the Circle Officer, Ghanshyampur, shall pass a reasoned and a speaking order thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.
