JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One stolen motorcycle is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner and two others. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 13.08.2015.

The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner is Purohit by profession and as a matter of fact, he was being taken by the other accused on pretext of getting perform some religious rituals but unfortunately petitioner was also caught along with other accused.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45936 of 2015 (2) dt.30-09-2015 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Hisua P.S.Case No. 200 of 2015.
